Sales, Installation and Maintenance of Telecommunications & Data Equipment and Wiring.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
We worked many years for another telecommunications company prior to starting our own.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We provide the most outstanding service, both technical and customer-related so as to always surpass our customers' expectations.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
2 currently; we would like to expand once the economy strengthens
What type of payments do you accept?
Cash, Check, ACH, Money Order, VISA & Mastercard
Which areas do you service?
Our primary service area is within 100 miles of Springfield, Illinois, but we can and do travel further when the customer is willing to cover travel expenses.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Gene Dinardo is the President and Service Manager; Melanie Krick is the Corporate Secretary and Operations Manager; Joe Ushman is the Corporate Treasurer and Marketing Director. These 3 people share equally in the ownership of the company.
What are your hours of operation?
Our normal business hours are 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday, but we are available 24/7/365 for emergencies.
