Our Mission:
To provide timely and accurate information on the actions taken by Illinois lawmakers in the General Assembly and other branches of government that affect manufacturing and its related sectors; and the IMA's positions on those actions that have, or could have, a positive or negative impact on the economic climate in the state of Illinois.
Our Staff
In 1893, the founders of the Illinois Manufacturers' Association (IMA) could not have known their creation would rise to become the largest state manufacturing trade association in the United States. IMA-member companies have a full-time staff working for them to better the Illinois' business climate. Staff expertise in insurance, workers' compensation, training, education, environmental regulations, public affairs and human resources provides you with the additional knowledge you need to have the competitive advantage.
