What is your primary product or service?
We are first and foremost a fraternal organization, made up of "People helping people." We support more than 15 charities on both a local and national level. In an effort to continue our charitable contributions, we have utilized the tools we have on hand. A large Banquet Hall, an excellent chef and an experienced, caring Banquet Coordinator. Springfield Eagles Banquets and Catering presents a full line of catering offerings for your event. A wide variety of menus are tailored to meet your groups needs. Traditional Buffet Menu prices begin at $8.95 per person. You may add another entree for a small per person fee. We also have an appetizer menu to add to your buffet for a great beginning, or for appetizers only gatherings. Whatever your groups needs, large or small, full buffets or appetizers, we will do our best for you and your guests. Our Banquet Coordinator is available for your questions at any time, not just limited to business hours, in order to serve you better. Three Rooms to accommodate from 4 to 400 guests. Off-Peak rates for Hall Rental are Available. Just ask!
