Providing host home services in the community to adults with intellectual disabilities
Illinois MENTOR Community Services works with the general community to find Mentors to provide an integrated life for 1-2 adults with developmental disabilities in regular family homes. We assist individuals with getting their home or apartment licensed to provide services to help individuals live and prosper in the community of their choice.
